Take me to neverland

CANT SLEEP:

Sleeping is one of the most vital things in life, without sleep you cant function properly.

sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and 
blood vessels. 
Sleep helps your brain work properly. While you're sleeping, 
your brain is preparing for the next day. It's forming new pathways to help you learn and remember information.
 Sleep also helps you pay attention, make decisions, and be 

creative.



Listen to calm music
Read your book
Close your eyes and relax
look at one thing for a long time
think of something that calms your mind
clear your head
take deep breaths
drink decaf green tea/rooibos/water
if you need to clear your head then get a piece of paper or a diary and write down everything that is bothering you/what comes to mind
meditate
do breathing exercises
Place the tip of your tongue against the ridge of tissue just behind your upper front teeth, and keep it there through the entire exercise. 
Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound. 
Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four. 
Hold your breath for a count of seven
