I know it's hard when someone tells you a secret that you need to tell someone, but you promised you would keep. This post will help you differentiate the secrets you should keep from the secrets you HAVE to tell someone:\

• If someone tells you a secret about how they want to commit suicide, they are hurting themselves, there lives are in danger etc...... TELL SOMEONE! Tell a councilor, a teacher, a parent, or an elder person you trust. If someone you trust tells you something like this, they need help. If they en up doing something, you will never forgive yourself. If you get them help, they could hopefully snap out of it and stop thinking/doing these things.

• If someone tells you a secret about who they like, how they're doing at school, who they don't like, etc.... Don't spread rumors about it and tell everyone. Those kind of secrets you must to yourself so that you're not known as the person "people can't trust".
