Spoil Yourself

Treat yourself every now and again, you deserve it. You have been working hard and have got through yet another month of stress. Maybe take your friend/s or go by yourself and enjoy a relaxing spa day.

Today (after we had a sleepover and going for a run), we traveled to Cape Town and went to a relaxing beauty anesthetic salon, called 'legs eleven'. At legs eleven (link below), One of us enjoyed an amazing and relaxing facial, the other got a great face peel (to get rid of her pimples).
After having relaxing facials, we then went and had a smoothie/coffee at this retro little cafe that was just around the corner (called Maggie's, link below). 


To feel like we've done some exercise today we went to the gym (Virgin active, link below) and burnt off any stress we had left. 


As soon as we finished our workout at the gym we felt like we wanted to treat ourselves and get our nails done, so we went to 'glam bar' (link below) and got fake nails. One of us got basic beige nails, and the other got a cute French manicure.


After all this we had soft skin, fit-looking bodies and we had pretty nails. We couldn't let this all go to waste, so we decided to go to a friend's house. We swam and had a barbecue and just caught up with each other. It was a great day together, but it wasn't over yet... 
Straight after the barbecue we both had (yet again) another sleepover, we watched a movie, did makeovers and went running the next day.
Days like these put a little calmness and organization back into your life. We recommend that you have a relaxed day with no stress or responsibility at least once every three-five months. You will feel calmer and those grey hairs will stop appearing, scaring the zen out of you. We made a deal with ourselves that once every few months we would treat ourselves, and already we feel calmer.
